Returns and Refunds Policy – Hebán
Hebán promotes a responsible and conscious approach to fashion. As a Benefit Corporation, we are committed to reducing waste at every stage of the production and distribution process, encouraging mindful purchasing decisions. In this context, the right of withdrawal is managed in full compliance with applicable laws, without encouraging systematic returns.
1. Right of Withdrawal (pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code)
In accordance with Italian and European regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

The item must not have been worn, used, or damaged;

All original tags and packaging must be intact;

The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.

Once the request is received and accepted, the customer will receive instructions and the return shipping address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs
In compliance with Article 57 of the Consumer Code, return shipping costs are exclusively borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Hebán reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned item is actually received or until proof of shipment is provided by the customer.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Customers are required to check the integrity of the goods upon delivery.
In the case of:

Items damaged during transport
-
Manufacturing defects
-
Incorrect products sent

In such cases, return shipping will be fully covered by Hebán.
4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories:

Personalized or custom-made products

Discounted or promotional items

Personal care or cosmetic products if opened

Gift cards or digital vouchers

Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once opened

Dangerous, flammable, liquid, or gaseous materials
If in doubt about the eligibility of a product for return, customers are encouraged to contact Hebán prior to purchase.
5. Exchanges
Hebán does not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different item or size, the customer must:

Exercise the right of withdrawal as indicated above

Place a new order independently
6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and verified, Hebán will notify the customer of the result.
If the return complies with the conditions, the refund will be issued within 10 (ten) business days via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Actual reimbursement times depend on the customer's bank and payment provider.
If 15 (fifteen) business days have passed since the refund approval and it has not yet been received, please contact info@heban.it for further verification.
Hebán reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, without prejudice to consumers’ rights under the law.
7. Trademark Ownership
Hebán® is a registered trademark owned exclusively by NM2F SNC Benefit, legally represented by Giacomo Gronda and Federico Gronda.
